We confirm your preferred length, shape, colour and design before proceeding. Changes requested after approval may incur an additional charge. Extensive changes may require a separate appointment at the full service price.

Shortening long enhancements to a short length carries an additional charge. Depending on the existing structure, removal and a new set may be recommended.

Longer lengths carry an additional charge on top of the service price, based on the finished length of the set:

• 0.75 to 1 inch$15
• 1 to 1.5 inches$25
• 1.5 to 2 inches$40
• 2 to 2.5 inches$55

Design pricing may vary by technician and reflects the detail, techniques and time involved. Please confirm your design and any additional charges with your technician before the service begins.

We do not offer nail art or design on regular polish.

Listed prices are estimates and may vary with length, design complexity, product removal, repairs, special requests, appointment time and the work required. Any change in service or price will be discussed before proceeding.

We recommend maintenance refills every 20 to 25 days for refillable nail enhancements. Sets more than 30 days old, or with more than half of the natural nail grown out, are charged at the Full Set rate. Sets 40 days old or more are charged as Removal and a New Full Set.

If colour removal reveals that your existing set is unsuitable for a refill, removal and a new set may be recommended. We will discuss any service change and additional charges before proceeding.

Soft Gel Manicures are not refillable and require a fresh application at each visit. Individual service descriptions outline any additional maintenance conditions.

Complimentary repairs for services performed at Jardin Nails are available within the following periods from your original appointment, subject to the conditions below: regular polish within 3 days, Shellac or gel polish within 5 days, artificial nails within 10 days, and gems within 7 days.

Wear and eligibility for complimentary repairs or re-dos cannot be guaranteed for work originally performed elsewhere, or where nail biting, very short nails or poor nail condition affect adhesion and wear.

Wear time depends on nail condition, lifestyle and aftercare. A colour change over existing enhancements does not include structural maintenance or a guarantee against lifting or breakage of the underlying set.

Completed services are non-refundable. If you have a concern, please contact Jardin Nails promptly so we can review the service under our complimentary repair policy.

We welcome every guest with respect and ask that the same courtesy be extended to our team. We may cancel an appointment or refuse service if behaviour is inappropriate or disrespectful, or if professional boundaries are not respected.
